Our technical department covers all stages of production and project design, as follows:

Preliminary
phase

  • feasibility study of the plant (logical verification of functioning, philosophy of the system, interpretation of the client’s need)
  • cost estimates and analysis, supporting the Sales Department

  • basic engineering specifications, in order to illustrate graphically to the customer the results to be obtained

Project design phase

  • preliminary meeting with the buyer to coordinate kick-off activities for the acquisition of project documentation

  • preparation of data sheet dossier of the equipment and the used components

  • functional lay out of plant designs

  • detailed engineering regarding mechanical and/or electric aspects of the plant project (pipe assembly, installation and support details, manufacturing sketches, drawing up lists of materials, etc.)

  • size estimation of the plants through specific integral hydraulic calculation, based on internationally recognized formulas and regulations

Post project
design phase

  • technical assistance or overall direction on the site during the installation phase

  • coordination with the client’s director of installation

  • on site surveys to prepare plant “As-built” drawings

  • assistance during activation of the equipment

  • assistance during testing and control of the installed equipment
